We strive for absolute freshness throughout the entire chain and bake with sourdough using traditional methods. Coarse local rye baked with sourdough. It is strong and gentle. “Luja” is a description of Finland. It is austerely Finnish, emphasizing pure local ingredients. Luja is an ode to diligent and dedicated work.
